Audit to continuous improvement in four stages.

Audit

We audit your existing analytics setup end to end: event firing, conversion tracking, attribution model, data sampling issues and consent compliance. We use GA4 DebugView, Tag Assistant, and direct comparison against your CRM to find where the data is lying to you.

Instrument

We rebuild or fix your tracking: GTM container restructured, GA4 events implemented with a clean taxonomy, conversion goals verified against actual revenue. Server-side tagging configured where needed for ad platform signal quality. Documentation written so your team can extend it independently.

Analyse

Once tracking is clean we do the real analytical work: funnel analysis, cohort analysis, path analysis and segment comparisons. We identify the highest-value optimisation opportunities and rank them by expected impact and traffic volume available. This forms your CRO roadmap.

Test

Structured experiments run on a rolling 3-month roadmap. Each test has a clear hypothesis, success metric, minimum detectable effect and sample size calculation. Results are documented in a shared test log. Winners are shipped immediately, losers inform the next hypothesis. The compound effect builds over time.
