We're on Rua das Trinas in Lisbon and we like meeting clients face to face when it helps - but the work has gone out to 15 countries, and a good part of it is multilingual. You get senior people only: no juniors hidden behind a project manager. Usually fewer than you think. Tell us the problem - not enough enquiries, wrong kind of enquiries, a site that embarrasses you - and we'll tell you what fixes it. If that's one thing rather than a package of five, we'll say so. We'd rather do one job properly than sell you a bundle.
Yes. Plenty of clients start with a single piece of work and go from there. It's a reasonable way to find out whether you like working with us before committing to something bigger, and we'd rather earn the next project than lock you into it.
We can, and some clients do - SEO and paid in particular are ongoing by nature. But there's no mandatory retainer. If a project is finished, it's finished, and you shouldn't be paying monthly for the privilege of having had it built.
Studio is the customer-facing work: websites, design, SEO, ads - the things that bring people in. Labs is the engineering behind it: custom software, integrations, applied AI. If your problem is 'nobody finds us', that's Studio. If it's 'our team wastes ten hours a week on this', that's Labs.
Projects start at €4,500 and rise with what's involved. We don't publish hourly rates or sell fixed packages, because both push the conversation away from what the work is actually worth to you. You get a real number in the first conversation, before anything starts.
